Tjahaja Purnama reveal stealth budget proposal submitted by the City Council on

Education Dept. in Budget 2015. From the data shown by Basuki, the following

proposals were not agreed upon funds stealth Basuki and Head of Department

1. Professional development for teacher through teacher training abroad

amounted to USD 25.5 billion;

2. Procurement props early childhood education, early childhood assistance to

Rp 15 billion;

3. Procurement of audio equipment class SD USD 4.5 billion;

4. Procurement of audio equipment class SMA / SMK USD 3 billion;

5. Procurement junior class audio equipment USD 3.5 billion;

6. Procurement of science in engineering technology devices to SMK Negeri 1

Central Jakarta Rp 3 billion;

7. Procurement of science in engineering technology devices to SMK Negeri 26

Jakarta Timur Rp 3 billion;

8. Procurement tools of science in engineering technology to SMK Negeri 29

Jakarta Selatan Rp 3 billion;

9. Procurement tools of science in engineering technology to SMK Negeri 34

Jakarta Rp 3 billion;

10. Procurement of tools of science in engineering technology to SMK Negeri 39

Jakarta Rp 3 billion;

11. Procurement of science in engineering technology devices to SMK Negeri 5

East Jakarta Rp 3 billion;

12. Procurement of science in engineering technology devices to SMK Negeri 52

Jakarta Timur Rp 3 billion;

13. Procurement acceleration tool to improve the quality of e-learning smart

17. Props to high school electronics Mikrokontrol USD 3 billion in

Sub-Department of Education II South Jakarta;

18. Professional outdoor audio system (IPM) USD 4.5 billion;

19. Procurement multifunctional laboratory for SMAN District of Ciracas USD

4.44 billion;

20. Procurement multifunctional laboratory for SMAN Kramatjati District of Rp

4.44 billion.

Budget, continued Basuki, filed Parliament during the discussion of the

commission after the budget was passed in plenary session, January 27, 2015

last. The budget has been discussed by the commission was then sent by the

Council to the city, in the hope that the document submitted to the Ministry of

"In the version of the budget that has been signed by them (legislators),

out numbers like this. No wonder baseball, buy stuff like that, while the

school buildings in Jakarta is still a lot that so bad? That's baseball

deserve," said Basuki upset , at City Hall, Wednesday (02/25/2015).

Because of that, the city rejected the budget which is considered stealth.

Only, Basuki asserted, the city government is no longer a discussion of

post-approval budget. Capital refers to the decision of the Constitutional

Court (MK) No. 35 PUU-XI in 2013, concerning the discussion of the

post-decision of the Court budget and saving as well as spending budget

request.

According to Basuki, stealth budget submissions that are not only found in the

Dept. of Education. Similar submissions were also found in other officials,

such as the Department of Tourism and Culture Dept. and Dept. of

Transportation. The whole proposal was in total stealth budget reached Rp 12.1

trillion.

"So this Parliament Parliament hell? Arguably it's unethical Ahok

(Basuki), continues the nyolong (money) like this ethical? Ahok not approve

this proposal be considered unethical and ethical agree this proposal. Try just

wondering, good Indonesian and how true it is, "said Basuki.
